- Heating, electricity, cleaning and bed linen are all included.

- A small courtyard at the rear has a
barbeque and garden furniture for those
balmy evenings with a glass of wine.
- There are two
well stocked supermarkets within easy walking distance and a boulangerie
close by.
- The local fish market is on the seafront, just down the road,
where you can find freshly caught fish and select your own fruits de mer.
- The cottage has board games for all the family, TV, DVD and radio. There are badminton rackets,footballs and kites to play with on the beach, and fishing rods to use on the harbour wall.
- For
those who like to cook the kitchen is well stocked
with all the necessary utensils, pots and pans.
- The cottage is located in the narrow streets of the old town and all parking is in free public carparks, the nearest being just a few metres along the road.
